H.H. Guru Kondaveeti Jyothirmaye has been organizing the flowers chariot on the name of Annamayya Poolaratham (A decorated vehicle) on the eve of Tirumala Brahmotsavams for the last 11 Years. Flowers i.e., Tulasi, Maruvam, Davanam, Banthi (Mari Gold), Chamanti (Crysanthamam), Lily…, are collected from devotees throughout Andhra Pradesh State. These flowers are offered to the Lord of Seven Hills. This unique celebration is held during the holy nine festive days of the Lord’s - Brahmotsavams. This Poolaratham is being sent for the cause of World Peace, Protection from Nature Calamities, Welfare of Farmers and Weavers, especially to inculcate Group-Living among the people.
